Aparthotel Ponent Mar - Palma Nova (Mallorca)

Relaxing and peaceful hotel, the rooms were elegant. Attentive and efficient staff, delicious breakfast with fresh smoothies. Handy and awesome location with good restaurant nearby. Found in the very nice area.

I appreciated the time in this property. Had unforgettable stay for their next holidays with patient staff and FANTASTIC location to main shops restaurants etc. Had functional, newly renovated room with a great view and large bathroom, for instance.

The hotel room are very comfortable and spacious, the hotel facilities are very good and ample to do in the hotel

The buffet choice is very limited, I would recommend to only book breakfast in your package as nearby restaurants (5 min walking distance) offer much better choice and food

The staff was pleasant and all spoke English. The outdoor areas, pools and view were quite good.

Towels and bed linens and pillows very low budget and the hotel in general could use a design update. Breakfast was a pretty good value and the food was very reasonably priced, but in general was not to the level I would have expected...very cafeteria like. The place in general was just kind of bland....almost institutional. If I return to Mallorca I will not stay at the Ponent Mar again.

we had a wonderful apartment with a fantastic view and i would highly recommend these apartments i loved it.

just the hill walking up and down to the beach but you get used to it .

I travelled with my wife and 2 kids. So, I very much liked the room - fairly large suite with 2 separate rooms and with a kitchen, also a small terrace facing the sea. The hotel is in a quiet location some 100- 200 meters from the sea/promenade. There is a very good restaurant Modigliani just 5 min walk from the hotel.

The beach is at some distance from the hotel - app. 5 min walk up/down the hill. The room I had (superior sea view suite) was fairly pricey.

The hidden cove was bliss

Staying at this quaint hotel, we stumbled upon a fine rocky cove just a short walk away-perfect for our family swims.

The activity schedule was only noticed as we were leaving. Being unaware left us missing out on some fun, but it didn't overshadow our lovely stay.

quiet and decent location a short walk to restaurants and bars. for shots visit bamboo beach, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The staff were lovely and very attentive, however there were not 3enough staff which hindered our overall view of the hotel

The views from our Junior Suite with Private Pool were amazing. The staff were very polite and supportive .

The dining options lacked variety, especially for vegetarian dishes.

Great location, very nice room (superior sea view apartment), staff were very friendly. The hotel has a supermarket which facilitates things. Prices are good. Breakfast has a good variety of foods. I went there with my wife and small daughter and we had a very good time.

We've stayed here before but this time upgraded to a superior studio with sea view. It was definately worth the extra money. The apartment was modern, clean, large and had fantastic views.The hotel is situated at the very far end of Palma Nova so really quiet and easy to walk to nice restaurants and the beach.

The room was nice and comfortable with fine sea views. It had a well-equipped kitchenette that was super handy for family meals. Housekeeping was on point. The place felt clean and fresh. The decor was lovely, and the beds were comfy. The only downside was some noise from outside, which could get a bit annoying at times.

The hotel is huge, with a great view of the sea from many of the balconies. The pool area is also very nice. The rooms are pretty big and are cleaned exceptionally every day.

The staff was not very friendly. When asked for some service, it took very long time. Also, when asked questions, answers were given in a short and rude manner many times.

It has always welcoming staff members at all times.
